Teeth Cleaning

Over two decades ago, Dr. John T. McElveen founded Carolina Ear & Hearing Clinic, PC, a private medical and surgical practice specializing in the diseases of the ear. As experts in Otology and Neurotology, our team focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of disorders involving the ear, its related skull base structures, and specific areas of the central nervous system. Both are highly specialized areas, requiring at least five years of residency training, in addition to completion of medical school and Otology and Neurotology fellowship training.

We all know that having your teeth cleaned twice a year is a great way to prevent unwanted (and costly) procedures like root canals, crowns, and teeth pulling. Our convenient Midtown, NYC location makes it easy to get your teeth cleaned on your lunch break and be back at work in no time. Because of our unique model, we have little to no waiting and patients are usually in and out within an hour.

Tooth Filling

You've probably been to a dentist before and heard the dreaded words "you have a cavity". This is the last thing anyone wants to hear, but let's face it, cavities happen. At No Limits Dental, we can take care of any fillings you might need but the great news is, we care about your smile. When we fill a tooth we use tooth colored filling that make it nearly impossible to spot.

Dental Crown

We use dental crowns to repair teeth that we simply can't fix with a filling. A porcelain dental crown is as natural looking as your other teeth and can fix your overall smile. The process involves a couple visits to the office but the results will be lasting. Dental crowns can increase confidence, improve chewing and helps support misshapen or badly broken teeth.

Tooth Extraction

At No Limits Dental, tooth extraction is usually a last resort. As you know, adult teeth don't grow back in so once we pull it, other procedures are necessary to maintain appearance and overall mouth health and functionality.

A tooth extraction is typical for severely decayed teeth, advanced periodontal disease, or they are simply in a bad place in the mouth and its affecting the rest of your teeth. Whatever the case may be, know that we handle tooth extractions with care. Our number one concern is your comfort and we do our best to make it as painless as possible.

Root Canal

Non-surgical root canals are one of the most common dental procedure performed today. Over 14 million people have root canals done every year, so if you are one of them, don't feel alone. Root canals are often performed when the pulp inside the tooth becomes infected. This can be caused by deep decay, cracks, chips, and even repeated dental procedures on the same tooth. A root canal can help avoid more invasive procedures like tooth extraction, implants and bridges.

Dentures

For some, getting dentures is a part of life. If you need dentures, don't worry, No Limits Dental will work with you to get you the information, guidance, and dentures you need to feel secure in your smile.

There are many types of dentures available including immediate, or temporary dentures, partial dentures, and implant supported dentures. Whatever the case may be, our helpful staff is just a block away in Midtown. Schedule a visit, let's talk.
